I had wanted Ugg boots for a while, but was hesitant to buy them due to their pretty steep price (I'm a poor college student). I bought some imitation ones for a fraction of the price and was highly disappointed in them, they soaked up water even if I just quickly ran through the rain to my car and the fake fleece inside was quickly lumpy and uncomfortable, so I decided to splurge on the real thing.

I love Uggs and my Daughters love them also! I realize that with the "New" Uggs the soles of the boots are much sturdier!

"These are GREAT for anything...except for getting wet. the best color to get them in is prob. a dark color. my first pair were sand ones and they stained in like two days. my pair that i have right now are dark brown and i have had them for 2 months and they still haven't stained!!!

And this process has all been relatively painless (even with my screwing up and including the pair of shoes I wanted to keep in the return box with the other 5 pairs). I just wanted someone to know what a pleasure it is dealing with your company. Always, no matter what the question or problem is, your staff is always helpful, courteous and respectful. No other company I have dealt with has that.
