I love these Uggs! This is my first pair and now I own 3 different ones. I still like the Classic the best! I wear them all around my college campus and with negative temperatures recently in Ohio, they have really been great!! The only problem I had was the first pair i ordered were a 9. I usually wear a 10 and have a wide foot. The size 9 were still way too big. So for me, I had to go down to an 8 for the snug feeling that are recommended

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your service. How you can make money when you offer free overnight shipping both ways is beyond me, but it's what enticed me to order because if the shoes didn't fit I knew I wouldn't be out the $ in shipping to return them.

I recently purchased and then returned a pair of running shoes for my daughter. I was amazed at the ease with which I was able to return them and replace them with a different color. The error was totally mine, since I ordered the wrong color, but you made the whole process so painless that I can't stop talking about it. From the clarity of the printed return instructions on the shipping invoice to the speed with which I was able to navigate the website and print out my pre-paid shipping label.
