They were very snug at first, but now they have stretched and are perfect. They are warm and comfortable. I also treated them this time and so far they have remained looking brand new. I would definitely recommend them, but consider buying a size smaller because they do stretch. Also, definitely treat them to prevent stains. I was so happy that I even bought two more pairs as Christmas presents for my sisters

I wear my Uggs to pharmacy school with my jeans because it gets cold out at the bus stops! They're very comfortable in the winter, especially. They're also cool & comfortable to wear in the summertime to class as well. They're just an overall sharp looking, comfortable shoe! I am never bothered with sore feet when I wear my Uggs

Just wanted to say how awesome your site/business is. Ordering shoes online is difficult because you can't always tell the exact color/texture/quality from a picture. Your FAST shipping and AWESOME return process kicks butt beyond most internet stores.

I was a devoted fan of a different web shoe site (and still am) and had always steered away from here. Well, I purchased a pair of shoes from here for the first time last week. Today they're on my happy feet. This has been my best online shopping experience.

I just wanted to let you know your organization, without question, "exceeds your customer expectations". I recently received a pair of shoes the wrong size, and before I could even return them I had received the correct size over-nighted to me. Your organization is the Ritz Carlton of the industry. Doing business is not all about price, it's about "exceeding customer expectations" which your organization evidently learned well!! Please pass my message on to your executive leadership because your company culture can only breed success!!
